Building Leadership

Cade Chace, Principal

Cade Chace serves as the principal at Cedar Hills Elementary. He has spent his career working in various roles within Blue Valley. During that time, he taught third and fifth grades at Sunrise Point Elementary and worked as an instructional design coach within the district. His experiences have given him the opportunity to lead a variety of initiatives at the building level, district level, throughout the metro area and, at times, nationally.

Chace is driven by a clear purpose—serving others. He is at his best when listening, helping and solving problems. He is passionate about building strong relationships, creating innovative, student-centered learning experiences and fostering an environment where both students and adults feel safe and empowered to take risks in their learning journey.

Chace and his wife, Audrey, have two children, Maya and Landon, as well as an energetic German shorthair named Summer. Outside of work, he enjoys hands-on projects, spending time outdoors and being with loved ones.
